WHO: Ragna and the Network

WHAT: The preamble to Ragna's possession plot
WARNINGS: Depictions of violence, glitch effects, language. I'll add more as they come up.
[It's abrupt. Or perhaps it was a long time coming.]
♪ RIOT
[The video feed turns on, a brief glimpse of a panicked, struggling Ragna with some sort of corruption running up the right side of his face before the floor seemed to be thrown to the ground camera first. From below the view is worse. Magic is flowing uncontrollably from the now opened regulator on his right hand. With his left, he threw something else, something purple, far out of sight before holding onto his right wrist as if it would accomplish anything.]
Stop!! STOP–! YOU DON'T KNOW… WHAT YOU'RE DOING–!!
[Then... another voice came from his mouth. It was his... mixed with that of a young woman. As if they were speaking at the same time, as if they were two halves of one whole.]
You don't understand!! You don't! They're coming! I saw them!! They're coming to destroy this place!! DESTROY IT ALL–! IT'S ALL VENTI'S FAULT! IT HAS TO BE, HE WOULDN'T SAY WHAT HE WAS DOING! IT'S ALL HIS FAULT!!
[Ragna's voice broke through, barely, though it was more of a pained scream as if he was being set on fire inside and out.]
AOKO—! NO–! You... can't—!
[He faded, he couldn't hold this whirlwind of power back any longer. He was already exhausted. He was already struggling to keep it controlled… even his body... could only take so much.
Ragna looked down at his phone and for just a split second...
His expression was desperate and before the two voices converged again, he mouthed one word silently.
"Help."]
Restriction number 666 released...
[The visual became harder to make out through bolts of power shorting the phone in and out.]
Dimensional interf̵e̸r̶e̶n̷c̷e̴ f̵i̷e̷l̶d̷ deployed.
[The sound began cutting out, the power swelled close to reaching its peak.]
B̵l̷a̷z̷B̵l̴u̸e̸... a̸c̷t̷i̵v̶a̸t̵e̴.
[The rest... is near impossible to make out. A loud burst like an explosion going off followed, the last of whatever was said was inaudible.
And the feed was cut off.]

WHAT: Ragna's possession plot
WARNINGS: arson, immolation, potential child death, body degradation, dismemberment, hypothermia, starvation, suffocation, human experimentation, torture of children, implied body horror, ptsd, mental breakdowns, effects of poison on the body. PLEASE mind these going in.
Not long ago, Ragna’s cry for help on the network was shared. The only way he could manage to do so, stubborn as he was. He'd fought with his clingy, vengeful possessor for over a decade and thought that after compassion for her story was shown, her name was revealed, and her memory immortalized in Kaisou she had considered giving the city a chance. But overtime that willingness turned her desire to trust and protect into something overzealous and paranoid and frightened of being forgotten again, thus making her impulsively activate the volatile power Ragna's right arm held.
On the outskirts of town, his Labyrinth was finally discovered. There is evidence of another Gate being nearby, but it seems to have been cleared out as only the remnants remain. Or perhaps it was absorbed by the one that took Ragna.
With Venti's realm and Hermes' power allowing them a way into the realm, will the man be spared from an abysmal fate? Will the young woman within him live in fear and destruction until the end of time? How will the end of this tale be written?
You bear the red pen. Where will you use it?

This’ll be a similar structure to Blade’s possession plot from last year, anyone can solve the puzzles or fail them if you want some spice to your rolls. The network is accessible and per Effy, Belle’s Bangboo Eous will be assisting with some navigation on the inside.
